Negative, as they break most of the band name rules:

Rule 1. No Monosyllbility
Rule 2. No Prepositions
Rule 3. No Numberss
Rule 4. No Intentional Misspellings
Rule 5. No Catchphrases
Rule 6. No Using The Word "Mister"
Rule 7. No using stupid and pointless made up random words or complete sentances.
Rule 8. No using "God" "Jesus" or any similar words/names
Rule 9. No Acronyms.
Rule 10. No Umlauts or other usage of incorrect puncuation.

There are exceptions to all of these but here they are.

The only ones of those I agree with are 6 and 9 (and usually 4, but it occasionally works.)
Well then, what are some of your favorite names that break some of these rules?

The ones mentioned in the OP. Actually I most agree with #10 too, but then there's Hüsker Dü (the name is actually pretty clever parody, but it's not as recognizable today.)
