I think they should Judges are too soft on them, and besides, I think havign a non-jury trial interferes with their rights to a trial by jury.

No, Juveline Offenders should not have a jury trial, as juvelines are not guaranteed jury trials by the 6th Amendment.

I wish I knew what a Juveline was, in fact... Wink
