If Norquist is the most powerful man in America, Ron Paul will go on to become president next year.

Right now I am leaning no to both happening. Of course I hope I'm wrong on the second one. Not sure who would be a "good" choice for the "most powerful man in America" so I can't say whether I hope I'm right or wrong on the first one.
