it isnt just boston.  it also includes chelsea, revere and winthrop.

True, but Boston is 85% of Suffolk. Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop belong in Middlesex County.

uh no.

chelsea is very much like boston.  in fact there was talk of boston annexing chelsea when chelsea went into receivorship in the mid 90s.
