FF, and a surprisingly sharp dresser, for a politician. He's always doing hilarious things too. Kind of a less evil/corrupt/the worst version of Berlusconi.

Yeah, he wears knit ties. FF. I mean, I guess he's probably something of a right-winger, but he's probably no more right-wing than Obama.

FF, one of my favorite world leaders. Quite humorous, really, and is a sharp improvement compared to Chirac.

Sarkozy is even more left-wing than Obama. Sarkozy supports a 50% upper marginal income tax rate, compared to 39.6% for Obama. Also Sarkozy supports much more social programs than Obama supports.

This is only the 600th thread on the topic.

He has done some good things, and he is right that a bunch of reforms need to be done. That said, he's a partisan hack, he's an egomaniac and he practices nepotism quite freely with his family and his business friends. HP.

Exceedingly low. Incredibly corrupt, incredibly pampered / isolated from reality, incredibly dumb, and (just as his opponent in the runoff) slightly insane.
Quite like George Bush, in other words. Tongue

Quite, with French standards. And without the 1st military complex behind him.

He should stop to act as he must need to save the world.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Yes! Especially given that he hasn't the slightest mean too (at least to change it in a good way...). Shhh, Nicolas, calm down, sweetie, calm down, go drink your milk, we'll manage it better without you...

He has done quite nothing in terms of reforms, he even surprised me. I thought, .k, I don't like him and the kind of ideas he has but at least he will make move the things, not even! He's has been the hell of a good campaigner, and he is the hell of bad politician in power, he hasn't much ideas, not much vision either, and he drives back when he sees the 1st difficulty. The only thing I would still give him credit is in the realm of force, inside and outside, though, better to hope he wouldn't here either.

Sarkozy? A mouth. And what a poor entourage, I'm fed up with all of them. The fact that such a guy could conquer the 1st responsibility shows the low level that politics reached here.

Plus, other things I've already written in preceding threads on him.
