All but numbers 3 and 4. This one was pretty easy. Smiley

By the way, indecent exposure is not a first amendment right.

But the pursuit of happiness is. Wink

All expect for:

Refusing to serve blacks at a restaurant
Dancing naked for dollar bills

Although, the dancing naked one I'm on the fence about. You're not exactly expressing an opinion or trying to saying anything or making a point by doing it.

I say all are except refusing to serve blacks. And I would love to do numbers 8 and 9.

I agree -- though any of the activities can be restricted without the proper permits or if someone is trespassing.  You can't hand out condoms outside a Catholic Church if you are on their property and do not have their permission.  I'm not sure, but I suspect you can't burn anything in a public demonstration without a permit.  But it may be different in the suburbs, BRTD.  Wink
