Yeah, Fellowship is by far the best, and I thought 28 Days Later was kind of meh (though the cinematography and art direction were fantastic).

Agreed on Fellowship, but I thought 28 Days Later was fairly good. 28 Weeks Later was abysmal though.

The acting, character development, filming technique, script, etc. was far better. Fellowship of the Ring was a very good movie but it suffered from being too overblown and self indulgent IMO. It's the most 'blockbuster' movie of the trilogy.

Two great movies, but I went with FOTR.

I must ask, however, why The Two Towers (definitely a better movie than FOTR) isn't in the bracket?
