Ridiculing the health of the mother was an awful mistake and something a lot of women will remember.

Obama's answer was too long.

McCain had a strong closing.  The "I'm not Bush" line worked.  Obama's "My entire career" comment indicated that his "entire career" in the Senate was less than mine on the Atlas.

I only watched about the last half or so... but...

I thought McCain actually did not too badly..

Likely too little too late, but I would call it a narrow McCain victory.

The first half hour was dominated by McCain.  No great Obama moments in the middle.

Gotcha.  Yes, but there have been peopl who've said that mental health should be included (Obama's not one of them, he's actually said the opposite) - but what McCain said was true - it has been stretched (or at least tried to be stretched), but I don't think Obama has.  If McCain wanted that to work, he'd have included the mental health thing.
