No.  That Kim got disavowed as heir apparent, and was replaced by the fat boy.  And going to Japanese Disneyland seems to be the only reason he was disavowed.

Well, I'm certain he's fluent in every dialect of all seven of those languages. They also might not be counting the numerous dead languages that he likely knows.
