Why is the world so dangerous under Biden?

Because the Afghanistan withdrawal was such a disaster and convinced our enemies that they could easily take advantage of Biden.
Lol very unlikely honestly. If anything this is just the inevitable post-Covid disorder reaction following the period of unusual world solidarity. The shocks to the economy also put a pressure on dom Eric politicians to shore up support, and what better way to do that than a war?

Nothing Israel-related helps Biden. He's between a rock and a hard place and so far his strategy has been to try and appease everyone, which he's failed miserably at. This latest development only shows the Israel issue isn't going away anytime soon.

Let's be honest, Biden has been a disaster on foreign policy. And it's by far his biggest vulnerability. Talks of WW3 haven't been this high since the Cold War. You have Russia/Ukraine, the Middle East, and soon to be China/Taiwan. And one can easily argue the debacle in Afghanistan was the catalyst for all of it. It sent a message to the world that this president is weak and incompetent, and his perceived senility only adds to that image.

Unless there is a nuke War it doesn't do damage, but Biden has called for more sanctions

How much did Israel's January 2023 drone strike on Isfahan shape politics last year?

I think the short answer is that it doesn't help Biden whenever Middle East conflicts of any variety make the news, but it's not really going to be the deciding factor of the election, nor is there much reason to believe this particular strike will stay in the news for more than a few days. This has all been a pretty choreographed escalation up to this point, and I'd be surprised if we really get anything really scary we haven't seen before as a result of it.

Hopefully this back-and-forth is finally done with and won't affect the election in any way.
