TBH just including the south on this is pretty foolish. There's a lot of racism in the entire country, including in liberal areas. Open racial hostility is not the only form of racism. Pretty much every white person has some amount of racial bias.

Write-in: California
Because CA has the most people, it has the most "racists" (to assume for a minute you can divide the country into racists and non-racists)

Could you expand on this?

Hawaii
I've heard from Native Hawaiians that they would never vote for a haole.
I've heard from Japanese-Americans there that they only vote for people with Japanese names.
I've heard from black people that when they go to job interviews and the interviewer sees they are black, they are told to leave.
When a half Samoan candidate was running for mayor, people would say he's smart for a Samoan.
They also have a day every year where it's ok to beat up haole kids at school (I'm not sure if that still happens, but it used to be a tradition).

I'm not sure it's the most racist.  It probably isn't since people of different cultures, despite their differences have learned to live together, but it's certainly very openly racist when compared to other blue states.

If you're going to do a silly meme and only put in Southern states, why leave out Texas and Florida?

According to WalletHub, the "least racially integrated" states are Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota.  These states have the largest racial gaps in income, labor-force participation, unemployment, homeownership, poverty, educational attainment, testing scores, and infant mortality.

The least racist states by these measures were Arizona, Hawaii and Texas.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but it's interesting when combined with the state's racial voting patterns. Hawaii may be the only state where whites are not the most racist racial group (and note that they vote to the left of Asians).

This is a spurious thread (how do you quantify which groups are more racist than others?), but both of those assertions are debatable.

AP Votecast says HI Whites voted 63-35 Biden while nonwhites voted 64-34 Biden. They also have the non-white, non-black, non-Latino majority at either 66-32 or 65-33 Biden. Try again.

I don't know how one would measure this but the state that is probably the most stereotypically racist that comes to mind probably is Mississippi. Popular culture certainly reflects this. Racism in Alabama is always portrayed as quirky and redeemable while Mississippi always seems to be portrayed as being run by the Klan.

Either Mississippi or New York depending on your definitions and the groups involved.

Actually, this whole thread is foolish (not that your point is wrong).

Every person has racial bias.

Exactly. Limiting it to just white people is, in fact, a classic racist trope and reflective of a naive, offensive and stupid belief among wokeists that nonwhite people just cannot be racist. Believe me (speaking as a nonwhite person), yes, we absolutely can be. All human beings do have some racial bias, absolutely.

Precisely. It's as stupid as its counterpart.

Write-in Wyoming. It's hard to discern, but Northwest white nationalism is more hardcore than the Southern white supremacy. The South often has this Jeffersonian ideal where everyone knows their place in the caste system; the Northwest doesn't want you to exist at all.
