Tough call. TX-15 def seems favored to flip. TX-34 is weird cause it seems exactly like the place the gop would make massive gains in 2022 relative to 2020 but it’s still like Biden + 16. Then you have TX-28 where Cueller has historically outperformed by pretty decent amounts. Also worth noting basically half the district is in Bexar and Guadalupe so tends to be a bit less reactive to RGV swings than the other 2.

Tilt no, but it’s def possible. If TX-28 and TX-34 are both coinflips, on average you’d expect  Dems to win at least 1. However, winning 1 RGV seat is still a historically terrible result for them and shouldn’t exactly be celebrated.
