I've always thought its in bad taste to openly encourage discussion of and ganging up on other posters so I'll say only that after much discussion on the topic I don't think that NYE is intentionally trolling but I do think that he's overwilling to immediately post whatever he's thinking about without much reflection with often unusual results.

I continue to think he’s a troll, but I honestly don’t care because either way he’s the dumbest person on this site. Nothing he says is of substance and he should be permabanned.

You could just report everything I post or flood YE and Virginia's PM inboxes with demands that I be permabanned. I imagine if enough posters did so, they'd have no choice but to permaban me.

This is a characteristic NYE take. It would not work and nobody should do it.

My favorite post of his was when he said that he thought Hitler would've been acquitted of all charges if he'd lived to be on trial at Nuremberg. LOL! That may be the most outrageous post ever made on Atlas, if we're just purely judging based on its delusion.

But remember, that was a completely serious and good-faith post— unlike that time I asked why my comment was moderated, which was obvious trolling.

If you'd remind me what that comment was? Unless it was horribly beyond the pale or a personal attack, it probably shouldn't have been moderated.
