Tilt R if it's allowed to stand; Likely D if not. Voted Tilt R. This seat is on borrowed time anyway; regardless of whether it's redrawn again or not, Democrats will hold this seat once more after the 2024 elections. 2022 might be one last hurray for the GOP, but given that the district went for Biden by a decent margin and is zooming leftwards, thereafter they'll be done (unless the seat is drastically reconfigured to the benefit of the GOP). My personal guess is if the courts order it to be redone Davids is basically safe and wins reelection decently, and if they don't strike it down, 2022 is close one way or another - either Davids wins and then locks down the seat, or loses and in 2024, Davids or some other Democrat wins the seat and stays in office for a while.
