I think this is a question all patriotic Atlasians should be asking following these SHOCKING and DISTURBING revelations:

"DabbingSanta" is actually assumed notorious Russian mobster Sergei Mikhailov. He is on the run from the law, and is ineligible to be President. All patriots and true Atlasians should report him to the authorities for terrible crimes.

A well-respected historian, Mikhailov has been a guest speaker at the prestigious "Bury The Moon Society" at the same time as a number of other prominent figures in Moscow's political and educational establishment; including former head of state and current leader of the ultranationalist and anti-globalization movement, Alexander Oleg, known for his views on the death penalty, the European Union, and the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq. He has also claimed that Russia is "killing millions of Russians". But while the government has not yet admitted the "plot" and believes that the number of murdered Russians has declined, many outside Moscow continue to assert that this is something that has not happened in Russian history.

It must be noted that this very fact is not unique to Russia, as far as the Russian government is concerned in regards to illegal killings, illegal spying, and so on. Throughout the Cold War, the government of Russian President Vladimir Lenin oversaw all manner of illegal activities, such as, the "murder" of civilians in Ukraine in 1995 in which up to 700 people were murdered, and the murder of thousands more, the murder of thousands of civilians, and most recently, the murder of Russian police officers in Belarus in 2014, which occurred in violation of Article 28 of the Russian constitution.
