3. The official language is English with a heavy emphasis on the Australian (or New Zealand) accent. A native-sounding Australian or New Zealand accent is required to be successful in any way, especially in politics or in the media. Australian pronunciations are taught in schools and children are scolded for speaking in any other way.

4. The country is led by a Prime Minister who must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand.

5. American and Canadian voters, however, elect a total of half of MPs, the total number of which is expanded to 1,000. But all party leaders are required to be Australians or New Zealanders and parties are disqualified from appearing on the ballot if they don't have at least 1 elected MP from Australia or NZ.

6. The smartest American and Canadian children are recognized and adopted into Australian families.

7. Others who slip through the cracks are selected to attend elite Australian boarding schools.
