Is this assuming Bush Sr. wins reelection against Democratic nominee in 1992 and Gore wins open race in 1996? If so, I doubt Jeb Bush would run in 2000, he would wait until 2004 at least. If he ran, I doubt he would perform well, as he would be in office for less than two years at the time of election
