If there were no Constitutional barriers and Barack Obama ran for a nonconsecutive third term with Joe Biden as his running mate again against Donald Trump in 2020, would he have done better than Joe Biden/Kamala Harris did in 2020?

Yes, because he'd have most of Biden's strengths but not the weakness of Biden's age and the big strength of his own charisma.

Would have been a totally different election imo even states like IA and FL are not totally out of reach for Obama 3.0
