While he is smart since he went to MIT and that at least he certified the election both before and after 1/6 he is still a HP since he always votes no on bills that even the most far right/left leaning members of Congress agrees on he voted no on a anti lynching bill/voted no to give medals to the cops on January 6/and famously no on the CARES act the first COVID relief bill both in the pandemic and under Trump.
