Inspired by me drinking a watermelon White Claw at 10 am while working right now...have been infrequently drinking while working from home for the last year as well.

I haven't had to work from home during the last year but if I did, yes, I definitely would have, so it's a good thing I went to work every day.

Are you sure you're not drinking at work anyway? Tongue

Not unless you count occasional remote happy hours at the end of the day.

My advice for anyone tempted to do this, particularly in the morning, is to rethink their life. Our consumer culture has done a lot to erode the norms around drinking over the past few years, and the ever-growing "recovery" industry attests to the fact that many Americans are suffering without those limits.

No booze at all before noon, no drinking at work until happy hour. This is the way.

Yes, I have to admit, I frequently have a glass of wine at lunch. We're cooking at home almost every day since almost exclusively working from home. Just had one today, but a glass of dry rosé wine is the best drink with brown trout and oven potatoes.
