Maybe a Catholic voter in the Northeast or Midwest who didn't like George H.W. Bush or Bob Dole, but was otherwise aligned with the Republican Party since 1980?

An anti-establishment type who liked Clinton, but disliked Clinton's second term, the Lewinsky affair and Al Gore's climate plans.

Al Gore almost never talked about the environment in 2000 after he lost is when he came out with the uncovient truth and became the champion of climate change he is today

Someone from West Virginia. The Perot vote would be hardest to explain, but his percentage there wasn't that far below his national one.

I thought that Donald Trump voted for Al Gore in 2000, as well as John Kerry in 2004.
