Seeing a lot of unjustified AOC skepticism in this thread
You must be reading a different thread then, Since there isn't any outside of a couple blue avis.
Shapiro is not a strong candidate. His condescending mannerisms and Tea Party/bootstrap economic talking points are big liabilities, but he also isn't as bad as other past/future candidates-Tom Cotton or Rick Santorum, for example. He's also a solid debater.
AOC's policies are even further outside of the overton window than Bernie's, and further from the median swing voter than Ben's platform. She's our Corbyn. Her path to victory is Ben screwing up-sounding tone deaf and out of touch with a bad economic situation, and perhaps being vocally anti Roe v Wade.
