All I know about her is she apparently ages even faster than Republican men because this was her when she was first elected to Congress, only three years older than AOC:

FF. She was a better representative than her successor, Vito Fossella.

Fossella succeeded her in a 1997 special election that saw celebrity endorsements like Giuliani, elder Bush, Dole, Kemp at the time, 22 years ago.

A relic of a bygone era, but she's not by any means an HP outside of politics. I'd be more harsh on her if she was still in Congress as an active #NeverTrump voice, but she's not, so I'm not going to expend the energy on disliking her.

More relevant than her uneventful stint in Congress was her tenure as VP of Public Policy for Google between 2012 and 2018.
