Which is better: pineapple or anchovy pizza?

To show the oddities you can get in small sample sizes: I once worked in a group that had a weekly lunch at a local pizza place.  7 of the 10 people in the group liked anchovies on their pizzas (I wasn't one of them.)

Pineapple on pizza is a crime.

Both are disgusting but anchovies are at least salty and have a texture that goes better with pizza. Tart, acidic fruits are just about the last thing that should ever be on pizza and I still cannot conceive of how that topping ever became somewhat mainstream.

I went to a pizzeria pre-COVID-19 and had anchovy pizza. Far too salty for me.

Pineapple pizza on the other hand is absolutely delicious.
