Definately Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, and Georgia are called for Joe Biden and Florida is called for Donald Trump. The election still goes to the Supreme Clurt, which rules that Donald Trump deserves all his 2016 states +New Hampshire, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, and maybe Oregon, Rhode Island, and New Jersey as well.

What are we counting as "on election night"? Like, before sunrise east coast time? It wouldn't surprise me if some of the states where there are worries about slow counting get called after midnight but before 5 AM.

do we have a list of states that are reporting their election day results first before early mail in ballots later on?

Due to slow counting, Michigan/Pennsylvania/Arizona and possibly Minnesota--as well as Ohio despite not being listed.

North Carolina might not depending on how close it is but I've read several places that 80% of the vote should be counted within a few hours of polls closing.

"Before I go to bed" is the measure I'm using, so before sunrise.

Certainly: PA
Possibly: AZ, MI, GA, OH
Outside shot: WI, MN, TX, NC

Honestly, if MI is a 7+ or 8+ margin, it might be called on election night. It depends on how fast counting ballots actually go.

Didn't AZ change this year so they can start counting mail ballots now?

Georgia has weeks and weeks of pre-election processing of absentee and counting of early votes, I don't think they'll take that long to count and should be called by the end of the night.

The problem is the ED results. We got that crazy rule here where all precincts have to transport their memory cards to the county Board of Elections to be reported.

Wasn't that changed this election where they print out the paper ballot after you vote and count it that way? (Honestly don't know as I voted absentee)

I think its the still the same unofficial results on the door, finalized results are reported at the County Board of Election, and then reported to the SOS.
