One of the most consistenly DEM counties in Iowa and in the nation. Last voted D in 1956 before Trump. Who would win this time?

Narrowly went for Hubbell in 2018 GOV, in a close race.

The trends in this part of the country (northeast Iowa and SW Wisconsin) are very hard to predict this time around since we aren't sure how Biden will fare in the demographics in these area.
