ME-AL, MN, NH, MI, and PA. He needs one of WI, AZ, or NC, but no individual state is a must win. If he's winning FL, he's probably already over the top. If he's winning GA, he's definitely won already.

He absolutely needs ME, MN, NH, and PA. As for the other states, it’s possible to win without one of them in particular, but he’ll realistically need two of AZ, MI, and WI, and if he can’t do that, he’ll have to win another state like FL, GA, or NC.

AZ is the only one which is a must-win state in pretty much any scenario.

Definitely not Georgia or North Carolina.
And also throw-out Mr Unreliable and Strange, Florida.
You cant say Wisconsin, because there is a chance Biden can win Arizona in its place (and vise versa, so you cant say Arizona).
You cant say New Hampshire or Maine-at-large, because they are only worth 4/3 EC votes.

So I voted Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Michigan.

He doesn't need either Maine or New Hampshire because they are each worth so few electoral votes that they hardly matter. If he loses one of them, it could be an indication that Biden is in trouble, but the electoral votes themselves aren't very important. He needs to win either Wisconsin or Arizona, but not both. He needs Minnesota, Michigan, and Pennsylvania barring unusual circumstances.

Minnesota -- Trump absolutely wins if he gets a D+5 state.
Maine at-large, New Hampshire --  only six electoral votes between the two: those are voting together, and if they go for Trump, then Biden isn't winning any state that Trump lost in 2016.

Michigan -- probably for Trump in 2016 what Indiana was for Obama in 2008. Obama could much more afford to lose Indiana.

Pennsylvania -- if Trump wins Pennsylvania, then he is going to win Arizona, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Losing both ME-02 and NE-02, or any other state defeats Trump.  A Biden win of either Arizona, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, or Wisconsin (and except for Iowa and Wisconsin those states are all very different) defeats Trump because any one of them going for Biden means that h has secured nearly 270 electoral votes and left the current President plenty of ways in which to lose.
