An Austrian horse owner and farmer has sued his neighbours because they used 20+ rockets on New Year, which then landed on his property/farm land.

If he collects the hey in the summer with the poisonous rocket remnants in them, it could endanger his horses who eat the hey.

The court sided with the farmer and announced a ban on fireworks for his neighbours.

Good decision IMO.

Fireworks are extremely dangerous, loud, scare animals (birds, cats, dogs etc.) and leave poison on fields that enter the food chain later on.

Sylvester laser light shows are much better.

good decision.  I'm against general firework bans, but you can't do it if you can't keep your trash on your own property.
