I'm more of a city guy myself.

Mixed on cities and suburbs since it depends a lot on the specific location, but I definitely don't want to live in the country.

Preferably urban suburbs.

I dislike urban living, too dense, crowded and disconnected from nature.

With suburban living it depends. Leafy suburbs with a lot of building variety/uniqueness I heavily enjoy but I despise the bland, McMansiony copy-paste suburbs you often see in North America (and increasingly in Australia unfortunately).

I like most aspects of country living and enjoy being out in nature but long term rural living has disadvantages such as being more socially disconnected.

Overall, I think suburban living is the best as its a good balance between the isolation of the country and the crowdedness and overdeveloped nature of urban areas.

Mixed on all, but inner-ring "streetcar suburb" living is probably the best (at least in  the United States)

The country by far imo, so long as its not too isolated.

One with interesting places to walk and good views.

I don't get so much the appeal of suburbs. Its just a city with more trees, boring.

In cities there are too many people, too much pollution. Unlike the suburbs though, atleast there's something to do.

1. Country

2. City

3. Suburbs
