If a politician is called a bully, he is most definitely a HP.

Will go down in history for his role in Brexit; but equally worth noting is his remarkable transformation from a devout right wing activist to darling of the left, and his reforms to parliament both in the sense of how it operates as a chamber (allowling an amendment in 2011(?) which started EU ref, using urgent questions) and how it operates as a workplace (allowing proxy votes, introducing a crèche for parents etc)

He’s clearly in love with himself, and the grandure of the role but the Speaker needs something extra when dealing with a government that has defiled almost every practical norm in the commons- breaking a pair, found in contempt, ignoring opposition Day motions, and ofc Brexit
