Lame DINO, but getting Medicaid expansion through was a huge victory and he still deserves credit for that.

I don't recall having ever heard his name before.  I'm sure I read it in lists or whatever, but I couldn't then and couldn't now, pick him out of a crowd of similarly aged white guys in suits.
