Is this actually going to be on the ballot? Is there even time to get on? Either way, no, I don't think it would make a difference whatsoever. FWIW, I also think Prop. 187 gets too much credit for California's Democratic trend.

If anything accelerates CA's trend, it's going to be Trump himself.

I don't see any such proposition listed here, but it is still possible for a new proposition to qualify.

Will the 2020 Proposition 187 repeal that might be on the ballot increase Democratic turnout and accelerate the Democratic trend?
