Was it really necessary to put up option 2? I mean, the idea that the list of posters who are punished should have ideological balance seems way, way out there. It reminds me of the conspiracy theory that there is log rolling in the Cave, that is colored by the ideology of individual mods - OK I will support the banning of X if you support the banning of Y.

Well, since us regular users can't actually see the cave, we have no way of knowing for sure what really goes on there......

truly a bizarre and inexplicable decision -- krazen's schtick has not changed over the past decade. unclear why what was fine in 2014 is now ban-worthy.

that said, he sucked & should've been banned years ago.

The thing is it wasn't fine back then either. It was around that time, or soon afterwards, that he was temp banned for a year.

The second sentence sums it up from there.

my brain processes Krazen posts as white noise so I have no idea if he's been saying anything that's different from what he was saying 5 years ago.  It seems like a vaguely kinda odd decision but i can't be sure.
