Yes. The refugee orders, and subsequent ignoring of court stays, definitely constitute a serious enough "crime" to merit it.

As much as I would want Mike Pence to be president, President Trump hasn't done anything to warrant impeachment.

No because he did nothing illegal. You might not like what he's doing politically, but that doesn't mean he's doing something illegal.

Much as I want to see this POS go, he hasn't done enough to warrant an impeachment yet. The way he's going, though, it might not be long before he does commit an impeachable offense.

Not yet. He hasn't reached the standard for impeachment. I do think he will soon but this first week wasn't it.

These whiny fake moderate posters are starting to get really fascist-like and annoying.

Who doesn't love a good old fashioned impeachment? It would make a great show. Mr. Trump's wild ride has only begun, after all.

However, there is the fundamental problem that it is not necessary in the slightest (of course), and it would involve Republicans trying to kick out a Republican. So, really, it is a worthless endeavor. It would only make our current situation far, far, worse.

So what you are saying is the American politics has become two different groups of fascists accusing each other if being fascists? Wink

JK, of course. Reality is clearly much more complicated than that.

Democrats don't like talking about this but Obama did the same thing to Iraqis.  How unhinged can Democrats get? This is tickling me pink and I'm loving how much Democrats are hating what's going on.

if undermining our system of checks and balances isn't enough to convince some of you that Trump should be impeached, then it's obvious nothing will.

That wasn't why Bill Clinton was impeached, unfortunately, and the accusations there had extremely firm ground.

The fact that Congress was unable to do their job in 1999 doesn't exuse them from doing it now.

Yes, since he is breaching fundamental human rights.

One wonders if entering the USA from *any* foreign country is indeed "a fundamental human right", then how is it justified that we have customs agents at all?

By this standard, should we not have impeached President Obama somewhere around the fourth week of January 2009 for keeping border agents around who denied foreigners their "fundamental human rights"?

Well this was a disappointment. Even a hypothetical "Atlas Senate" wouldn't have the 2/3 majority to kick him out. Locking.
