Very conflict. Michigan is better than Maryland, and I think at least one friend of mine is from New Baltimore. However, the University of Maryland has a couple of programs I'm interested in, and Spiro T. Agnew served as the Baltimore County Executive, as I recall.

Spiro T. Agnew served as the Baltimore County Executive, as I recall.

That's certainly an interesting reason to prefer a place, especially considering Agnew accepted bribes while serving as county executive. Also Baltimore City is not within Baltimore County.
