Which is why Bush appointed the Chairman of the NRLC instead of a federal judge. Oh wait...

Yes, he had to be able to fulfil the basic practical function of judge.  But his ideology was why he was chosen from among the tens of thousands of those who could have fulfilled it just as well.

For many I suppose it is, but I don't think so.  Obviously, women are becoming more intelligent and diligent while men become complacent and feel entitled.
