All of the above that can be categorized as private life (like the first few) I wouldn't care about.

Obviously the "in bed with a dead woman" would be a problem, and so would the "live boy" part.

Praising of those three people?  It depends on the context.

Using a nuke in a first strike?  It depends on the context.
... on a civilian population?  It also depends on the context.
... nukes the city of an ally?  It depends on the context.
... rest of the nuking... It DEPENDS ON THE CONTEXT.
It could, but there many be a reason for it.  Obviously a Resident Evil like breakout of zombie killers in an American city would warrant a nuke.

The tattoo thing and virgin sacrifice would definitely do the trick.

The last option of course, but if I *were* a Bush supporter (in other words, if someone I supported did these things), I'd no longer support him:

- State's he's bisexual and leaves Laura for another man (a la Mike Huffington) (not the bisexual part, but leaving his wife)
- Caught in bed with a dead woman or live boy
- Praises Michael Jackson
- Praises Stalin
- Praises Hitler
- Uses nukes on a civilian population as a first strike
- Nukes the city of an ally
- Nukes an American city
- Nukes several American cities
- Tatoos the number of the beast on his forehead and starts sacrificing virgins on the whitehouse lawn
