These two states seem to be in flux in terms of which is more Republican than the other.  In 2008, Obama won Indiana outright, but in 2012, Romney won Indiana by a greater margin than Missouri.

I would guess Clinton has a better shot at winning Missouri, but it's a really close call.

Missouri since it usually is more Democratic. Also, Mike Pence is from Indiana.

Honestly, I think they're about perfectly even flips. Perhaps a slight edge to Missouri.
