Interesting that South Carolina the most patriotic state has 31% approving the draft.

States in the Midwest though arent too happy IA = 20, WI = 19, MN = 21

Hey, both of Taft 1912 states have 73% opposition to the draft.

While I approve of the draft when needed, I highly doubt it will ever be back within my life time.

I don't support the draft in peacetime. During a war declared by congress maybe, although I think if a situation arises where we really need to fight a war there will be ample volunteers. If there aren't then maybe its not a war worth fighting.

I don't support a draft, but I support military training for everyone of both sexes.
