Trump will win but both will be badly exposed. I think Clinton will come prepared, do well & hit Trump hard.

But she has so much baggage, corruption & issues, Trump can pick from a buffet here & Trump is way more interesting, real, fiery & a clever manipulator. So Trump will throw some strong punches as well.

Trump will edge out Hillary because she has little authenticity & would give 4 minute answers without answering anything & Trump will "SEEM" honest atleast!

I'm surprised that the expectations for Clinton are as low as they are, but I still think the best she could do is a draw, mainly because I expect some Al Gore level sighing. Trump, on the other hand, will probably get a pass if he can form coherent sentences on stage, and he'll get a major win if he proves even the barest bit more substance than he's already given thus far (for example, expanding on how he is going to do better on women's health or a more detailed presentation of his plan to rebuild America's infrastructure).

You just explained why the likelihood of a Clinton win is low and you're surprised at this point?

You're reading me wrong - I saw the Gallup poll which showed the public perception is that Clinton will win the debate, but not by as much as they thought Obama would in 2012. I am not all surprised in expecting a Clinton loss.

I do, however, disagree with the impression. That it is Clinton who would have the biggest problem in a town hall. Those kind of debates require a bit of emotional empathy - something Clinton is bad at but trump is quite a bit worse at. I think Clinton actually wins the town hall debate for that reason.

Look before and after, Trump supporters will say he won and Clinton voters will say she won.  Very rarely do debates have a clear winner.  Exceptions recently would be the first debates of 2000 and 2004.  What matters more is how things are analyzed, twisted, edited, and cut up into sound bites.  Trump has to avoid calling her names and watch his tone.  Clinton needs to not interrupt or sound like a snob.

Kinda hypocritical considering, you guys bash trump for being "Racist" but then turn around and say that Trump Supporters are sub-human.

Well you support this racist idiot. Please I beg you to donate to him if you believe he will make America great (white) again. If you do your just another sucker that this conman stole from.

Expectations for her are higher, that’s right. So Mr. Drumpf could get friendly press if he avoids major gaffes. But I still say Hillary wins, because Trump never debated just one person for ninety minutes on specific issues. He is bored of details, so he will melt down under tough questions. Voters will see him struggling with policy issues. They will recognize that he hasn’t a clue. And if Hillary, and she surely prepared for this, gets under his thin skin, then he’ll demonstrate his unstable personality.
