Will she be able to push the Hispanic margin into black territory? Trump is something around 80% unfavorable to Hispanic voters.

I'm thinking that whatever Trump's favorables with Latinos are, Clinton's level of support will be:

(100-(trump favorable+5)).

So as of now, that'd be 80-85%.

I'm going to say 75-80% for now. Trump will certainly alienate a lot of Mexican Americans (who are already voting heavily Democratic), but I'm not sure whether he'll do much worse than Romney did among other ethnicities.

Trump lost Cubans after what he did to Rubio and Puerto Ricans are basically the most Democratic Hispanic group.

Somewhere north of 80% seems plausible. I think Hillary winning the Cuban-American vote is entirely within reason, which would have been almost unimaginable not that many years ago.
