I think the answer is obvious. Reince, love him or hate him, at least seems like a chill dude outside of work. Debbie makes literally everything about attacking Republicans, whereas Reince is an actual strategist first.

I remember the day they announced DWS as DNC Chair. I was disappointed then, and nothing's really changed me opinion.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Even if you're a democrat, I still don't think it's possible to think Priebus is more of a hack. DWS will use absolutely anything, as we have just seen this week, to attack Republicans and it's ridiculous. Reince actually acts like a party chair. He's behind the scenes, trying to put his party in the best position to win.

A good party Chair should be a hack, but being a hack does not inherently make one a good party Chair (that should answer the question).
