Lincoln Chafee: 65% FF/Would Vote for over a Generic Republican
Bernie Sanders: 77% FF/Would Vote for over a Generic Republican

Actually don't mind him. Don't agree with all of his views, but he seems to care about actually accomplishing things and has the "lovable uncle" charm. Probably wouldn't vote for him to be president - I think he's too old for the job and I agree with a generic non-teapartier Republican more than I agree with him. Slight Lean FF on balance.

Sad that he's not running.  The entertainment value would be through the roof.

Biden is one of the few politicians in Washington who genuinely cares about the people. I doubt he'll run in 2016, but if he does I will seriously consider voting for him.

He's okay, but he has certainly made his share of mistakes. I wish he would have voted against the Iraq war resolution (same with Hillary, obligatory), but obviously I don't hold it singularly against him.

His sponsorship of the 1994 crime bill was problematic; even Bill Clinton, who signed it, has said that it was too harsh. Biden has never renounced it, even though he was closely associated with it.

Another major bill he was closely associated with, the 2005 bankruptcy reform, was pretty much a giveaway to the credit card companies. Even Bill Clinton vetoed that one in 2000.

Overall, it's hard to say his impact in the Senate was a net positive. On the other hand, he did have a hand in the 1994 Violence Against Women Act, but parts of it were struck down by SCOTUS in 2000.

I don't really think he deserves a 75%+ FF, but he has been a pretty inoffensive VP so he isn't horrible either.
