So....Anti-Clericalism is close to Social and Cultural Conservatism, Nazism isn't too far from Radical Centrism, Libertarianism and Fascism are quite close and Baathism and Islamic Fundamentalism are virtually the same thing.

Good God that's a dumb chart. Also I don't think Snowstalker would approve of placing Zionism in the same quadrant as Communism.

According to my Myers-Briggs type I'm actually an anarcho-capitalist.

Hilarious. My favourite so far is that Mutualism and Nazism look like peas in a pod.

my Myers Brigg result gives me social democrat. I'd have been offended with anything else.

Most of it is pretty good though yea some obvious continuity errors. I'm very close between INTJ and ISTJ and I seem to be moving towards the former (the detail-oriented stuff usually pulls it back close to 50-50!). Almost completely mirrored the time frame I became libertarian though that may be coincidence. Types are very obviously linked to ideology and this does a decent job. According to some Ron Paul site, he was getting some 40 percent of INTJs, 15 percent INTP and 10 percent ISTJ. Very little else.

Ayn Rand and Karl Marx are both INTJs, so I call bull on that theory.

Fair point. Most economic thinkers are going to be INT*. Keyes and Krug man are on that page 2 so yea that's sensible, but if you just think about the general non-thinking public, SJs vote Republican. SPs vote Democrat. NTs are usually libertarian though sometimes socialist and NFs are true leftists. I think PPP did an actual breakdown on it and the two big groups were at least over 60 percent to 30 percent in voting habits.

Yeah, I do imagine some types would be more likely to vote for one party over the other. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to associate S, T, and J with Republicans/Right wingers and N, F, and P with Democrats/Left wingers. Of course, based on my own stereotypes, I should be a Democrat. Tongue

The chart says survivalist and Smilo implies true leftist, yet in fact I reconcile liberal, socialist, ecologist, and cosmopolitan views in a way that has me spread all over the left half of the chart. What is this I don't even!
