Bundy's viewpoint certainly is represented in the Tea Party, but on its furthest fringes. And, actually, if it were not based on a racialist/theocratic hagiography of the United States, the sovereign citizen movement would actually be engaging to me. It's not completely removed from Max Stirner's einzige und sein Eigentum or Ernst Junger's Anarch, though obviously much-diluted in comparison.

The Sovereign Citizen Movement is surprisingly similar to the original notion of 'Republican liberty' as espoused by many of the American revolutionists (IMO), but that said, it loses all water because of the weird racist nonsense that accompanies it.
