Varies between 300€ and 650€ in Austria, depending on the clinic - so Option 4.

Abortions are not covered by the universal health care system, because the ÖVP (who's been in government for the past 30 years) argues that abortion is not a "sickness" and therefore needs to be privately financed.

There are an estimated 15.000 abortions in Austria each year, so at an average price of 500€ the costs for the health care system would only be about 8 Mio. €

Which means the extra costs would not be an issue, because the healthcare carriers had a surplus of 180 Mio. € last year.

It's only political.

And, unlike in Germany and Switzerland, we don't have statistics on abortions either - even though it would be easy to compile these statistics by the clinics/hospitals that perform them.

Again, only political.

Covered by public/private health care.

Abortion isn't an issue in France anymore: http://leplus.nouvelobs.com/contribution/1150281-ivg-90-des-catholiques-sont-pour-le-sondage-qui-ringardise-bourges-et-boutin.html

I am unsure but it is probably in the 300-750€ range. The only medical facility providing abortions within 100 miles of my city was destroyed by an anti-abortionist who broke in during the middle of the night less than a month ago, and is now likely to shut down due to a combination of fear on the part of workers and the immensity of the costs incurred by the attack. Another clinic was hit with a firebomb back in the 1990's here, incidentally, and local pro-life advocates stage frequent protests.

The nearest place to get an abortion is in Missoula, I imagine, which is a two-and-a-half hour drive away.

Ehhhh... Abortion is illegal here in Chile, so I really don't think the price of the few doctors who perfom those in private counts.

Option #1. I definitely can understand the argument for not having it covered by the state.

A quick google search leads me to believe they're about $300-500 in New York.

I have never paid for one and absolutely never will, so I don't know and don't intend to know.

I can understand the argument for it NOT being covered, but the idea of pro-lifers literally paying into a system that covers abortion tickles me in such a way that I am forced to insist upon this option.
