So, Sir Robert Peel, twice Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, the man who was responsible for the development of a professional police force, helped form the modern Conservative party (out of the remnants of the Tories) and who, during his second administration, oversaw the repeal of the Corn Laws. For me, a strong FF.
