3 days. Governor ZuWo has spoken out against regional reform. Does his jurisdiction agree with him?

EDIT: This is asking about regional consolidation.

I think some reform is necessary. There's too much trolling/inactivity in the Pacific, and some of the regional elections go uncontested half the time. That said, I share Zuwo's concerns that it might turn into a Federalist-screw. So long as it's done right I'd support some modest reforms.

Mechanics wise, the Mideast is fine, which should be proof enough the system isn't the problem, but perhaps the people in the other regions Wink  I do think we can make the system *better*, but overall, I think it's really not the core problem facing the game.

I am not necessarily against "regional reform" (whatever this term entails). I'm against reform attempts which flat out ignore what the citizens of the region that is being changed want.
