I really hope No prevails for the first one. Removing public funding is a terrible idea.
What if donations were limited to individuals & capped? That's how it works in Canada.
It would depend where the cap is placed. And I'm not sure if a cap that's low enough to avoid wealth-based distortions could be high enough for parties to thrive. And anyway, the public funding system is still the most democratic one. If the parties are taking too much money, you can cut some of it, but the principle is the right one IMO.
