Option 4. Although I've never seen any of Iosip's posts, Populist is very close to Bandit on certain issues.

Iosip had the same writing style as the other two.  The two older ones would spell it Oregan (Iosip claimed to have grown up there, heh), all three constantly rant about "right-to-scab" laws and all three would rant about school uniforms being fascist.  They're all from the same region too.
